Introduction to Total Heat Recovery Heat Exchanger
·A total heat exchanger is formed by overlapping, bonding, and processing corrugated air channels and total heat exchange paper that are perpendicular to each other· The fresh air and exhaust air channels adopt a 90 ° vertical cross flow structure, and the air flow channels are simple and smooth.
·The air passage has two materials to choose from. The A series adopts PVC, which is anti-aging, resistant to dust and breeding bacteria and microorganisms. The plate spacing is 2.0~5.5mm.
·The B series uses high-strength anti-corrosion and flame-retardant corrugated paper, which has a large contact area with heat transfer paper, greatly improving heat exchange efficiency. The plate spacing is 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, and 5.0mm for selection.
·Full heat exchange paper is made of imported porous thin film paper (ER paper) that has undergone special processing. It has good airtightness, high heat transfer efficiency, tear resistance, aging resistance, and features such as mold and antibacterial properties.
·Adopting an automated production line to ensure the consistency of heat exchange sheet shape and surface smoothness· The structural dimensions are not limited, and our company can process any square or rectangular cross-section and any length of heat exchange core according to customer needs.
·It can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner and compressed air, making it easy to use and easy to maintain.
application
·Air conditioning ventilation system, room ventilation system, industrial ventilation system, winter heat recovery, summer cold recovery
