In-house production

The Normal Vent Group of Companies includes its own production bases: New Industrial Technologies Plant (Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Region), NPT Klimatika Plant in Klimovsk, Moscow Region.

New Industrial Technologies Plant (Bor)

The production of New Industrial Technologies LLC is a modern workshop for longitudinal and transverse dissolution, cutting and bending, painting of thin sheet steel. The production base has a total area of more than 10000 sq.m. and is located on an area of more than 1.5 hectares. The equipment park includes 6 imported and 5 Russian automatic rolling lines, dozens of units of pressing equipment, including high-performance stamping complexes. Every month our plant processes more than 3000 tons of rolled metal. More than 50,000 tons of finished products are produced per year.

Production in Klimovsk, Moscow Region (Klimovsk)

In 2011, as part of the company's expansion, another production complex with an area of more than 5,000 square meters was launched in Klimovsk, Moscow Region, on an area of 1.5 hectares.
The equipment park includes 8 imported automatic rolling lines, dozens of units of pressing equipment, including high-performance stamping complexes. Every month we process more than 1500 tons of rolled metal.
The base in Klimovsk specializes in the production of central air conditioners, fans and air ducts made of galvanized steel, channel group.

Служба технической поддержки

Normal Vent has established a Technical Support Service, in which highly professional competent personnel in the field of ventilation is ready to advise customers on many issues related to the technical characteristics of the equipment.
Specialists of the Technical Support Service monitor the strict compliance of the equipment supplied by Normal Vent with the existing standards, as well as the requirements of the customer. They supervise commissioning, if necessary, replace failed or low-quality equipment.
Prompt analysis of requests for technical assistance, technical support of already operated equipment, analysis of equipment failures, quality of commissioning, quality of interaction on technical and service issues with production and suppliers, the degree of satisfaction of managers and end customers with the results of their interaction with the technical department - all this helps the management of Normal Vent to determine the company's development strategy and equipment improvement.

Warehouses

For the convenience of our partners, all representative offices of Normal Vent have warehouse space. The area of the warehouse complex in Moscow is more than 3000 sq.m. The network of regional representative offices in Russia has warehouses with an area of at least 500 sq. m.

Logistics service

The company "Normal Vent" has its own logistics service, which allows us to deliver our products to customers in the agreed time using our own fleet of vehicles and forwarding cargo to transport companies.
