板式换热器是现代化工业和民用中广泛应用的一种换热设备,在采暖、制冷、化工、食品、机械等各行业领域中已经得到了非常成熟的应用。板式换热器的压力降参数的大小至关重要,倘若介质压力降过大,则后续工序介质压力不足,需要购置泵进行加压,倘若压力降过小,则说明换热器换热面积过多,不经济。在实际应用中,板式换热器的压力降有哪些影响因素呢?

板式换热器的压力降是由换热器本身的性能所决定的,下面小编简单介绍一下换热器压力降的影响因素:

(1)板式换热器的板片数量:片数决定了流道数,介质的体积流量是一定的,当介质通入换热器时,当流道数越多,介质在流道中的流速就越慢,压力损失就越小。

(2)换热器接口大小:当换热器角孔越小时,流过接口的流速就越高,从而导致压力降会升高。

(3)换热器堵塞:当换热设备出现堵塞时,压力降会发生明显的变化。

板式换热器的压力降大小主要由板片数、接口大小及是否堵塞所决定的。所以在换热器选型时,需要将换热能力与压力损失综合考虑,这样才能设计出合理经济的换热器。
